i was disappointed with a couple of things . i was not offered a complimentary upgrade, as per the elite member promise. also, there was no water in the room.

The staff seemed a LITTLE overwhelmed. It was hard to get their attention at times, and they seemed stretched thin! Hopefully, they can get more staff or improve training SOON. I found it ODD that there was no complimentary water in the room. I thought that was standard these days. I HAD to pay for a bottle.

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

I found the location ideal. My room was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the motorway. The rooftop bar and restaurant were a highlight, and I particularly enjoyed the cocktails, so lovely! The staff members were polite and helpful, and it was useful having the restaurant on site. Free parking.
The bathroom wall had frosted glass. You could see shapes through it when the lights were on. That was not the most private.

The room was a good size with a large television. Variable air conditioning or heating ensured comfort. A fridge was available. The bed was extra large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest, and that was good.

I found it easy to locate the hotel, being conveniently placed off the M5. The top floor restaurant and terrace were attractive, offering lots of seating areas. The views were expansive. The modern decor in the hotel was also beautifully maintained.

Breakfast on the top of the hotel offered an amazing view. The top floor restaurant provided views to the English countryside and some really tasty food. The service in the restaurant was very good.
